The suitesonline bookkeeping process is a simple 3 step process. It uses DocSnaps to host the bookkeeping application, and deliver services. Apart from good process, it is important to implement effective communication and quality to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Depending upon your needs there are four options available to you:
Virtual bookkeeper - This option is ideal for a company with a staff accountant or accounting firm that wants to hire a virtual bookkeeper instead of getting a full-time or part-time bookkeeper on-site. Here you will be responsible for scanning and uploading all your documents to DocSnaps, and communicating with our bookkeepers to get the work done. DocSnaps Data Entry is the best and most economical solution for you.
U-Scan - This is ideal for a sole proprietor, or a company with access to a scanner and can do the scanning and uploading of documents in-house. You will be working with a local bookkeeper who will then be supervising the document indexing, updates, communication and quality to ensure that you get accurate and timely reports and analysis. Full-service - For companies that want us to take care of everything, we provide you with a folder bag into which you place all your business documents. Our bookkeepers will come to your premisis to pick up and drop off your bags. You can also choose to drop off the bags at convenient locations in your city. We will scan and upload documents. Other services - Our bookkeepers are able to provide you with additional services including AP/AR processing, preparation of financial data, financial analysis, and research. Note: Even if you use Quickbooks, Simply Accounting etc, you can access our bookkeeping service to update your books, and view all your reports in your favourite software package.
